Event Submissions

To have your event included in this newsletter, please complete the form below and submit.

All event listings submitted (and approved) will appear in the bi-weekly E-news. Deadline to submit material is 3pm the Monday prior to distribution. In order for your event to be included on the website the events must be made via the online form and meet specific criteria as follows: (All event submissions will be subject to approval by the City of Kitchener.)

• Must provide the event title, date and time
• Event description can be no longer than 100 words
• Event location, including street address (must be in downtown Kitchener)
• Event organizer contact information 
• Ongoing events or programs will be included once a month only
