DTK Postcard Series

In the winter of 2024, KW artist Trevor Clare was commissioned to create a piece of art for a downtown Kitchener postcard.
The original artwork depicts the skating rink at Carl Zehr Square, in the heart of DTK. The postcard was shared widely throughout our community and inspired the 2025 postcard series, which highlights other iconic spaces and events, complete with a few fun easter eggs for good measure!

Downtown Kitchener has a distinctive energy that makes it unique, special and instantly recognizable to all who know and love it. It’s the heart of innovation, creativity, and entrepreneurship for the region, steeped in history and filled with pride.
