🛼 Monday Nights = Roller Skating in the Square
Kick off your week with a little retro fun. Presented by Retro Rollers.
Every Monday night, Carl Zehr Square turns into a roller rink with music, a live DJ, and a welcoming vibe, no matter your skill level. Total beginner? You’ll fit right in.
- When: Mondays in June + July | 7–10 PM
- Where: Carl Zehr Square
- Good to know: Rentals are available (small fee), and helmets are encouraged

🎶 Live at Lunch (Tuesdays + Thursdays)
Need a midday reset? We got you.
Grab your lunch and head outside for Live at Lunch, where local artists bring music and performances right into downtown spaces. It’s the easiest way to turn a regular workday into something a little more fun.
- When: Tuesdays & Thursdays (May–August) | 12–1 PM
- Where: Carl Zehr Square
Sunshine + good tunes = the perfect lunch break.
Family Splash Jam (Tuesdays)
Think splash pad, bubbles, rotating entertainment (glitter tattoos, face painting etc.), and live kids’ musicians, a full afternoon of joy.

🧘♀️ Midweek Reset: Yoga in Civic Park (Wednesdays)
Take a breath, slow things down, and stretch it out.
Led by The Branches Yoga, this is a super chill, welcoming class for all experience levels. No pressure—just good energy and fresh air.

🎤 Show and Tell (Monthly Thursdays)
This one’s for the creatives (and the curious).
Show and Tell is an open mic-style night with everything from comedy to poetry to drag to storytelling. It’s raw, it’s fun, and we don't even know what you’re going to get.

💃 DTK Latin Heat + Outdoor Bar (Fridays)
Fridays? They’re for dancing.
Latin Heat brings salsa, bachata, and merengue to the square with a free lesson to get you started! Come dance, or relax with a drink and enjoy the Latin vibe at the outdoor bar by The Civil Kitchener.
